Goal
Practitioners at this level are able to respond to medical incidents and take care of casualties in challenging environments and remote locations, stabilize and immobilize the patient for (technical rope rescue) transport and hand over to the medical service. The concept is not new but well known in the tactical world. In cooperation with PPA International, one of the leading tactical medical training centres, we developed a hyper realistic training in addition to the International Trauma Life Support course.
For
Technical rope rescue technicians, confined space rescue technicians and rope access technicians.
Previous knowledge
ITRA level 1 & 2 or sound knowledge as a rope rescue technician or rope access technician level 2 and a valid first aid certificate including BLS and AED.
